Q1: How do I calibrate the printer?

A: Long Press and hold the feed button until the indicator (blue) flashes 2 times. Release the feed button and the printer will begin calibrating.

Q2：How do I set or change？

A: 1. Windows: Devices - Printers & Scanners - Thermal Label Printer - Manage - Printing preferences. Additional settings can be found in the Advanced tab.

2.Mac: Launchpad - System Preferences - Printers & scanners - Thermal Label Printer - Options & Supplies.

Q3: Print blank label.

A: Check to make sure you are using thermal labels and that the labels are oriented correctly with the label facing upwards.

Q4: Don't print labels entirely.

A: Please check if the printing head is clear or not. We suggest clearing the printing head regularly
